These can be exchanged for Gems at the Wandering Merchant Shop, and you can also earn them through the Wandering Merchant’s Suspicious Missions event.
Wondering what to do with those Nightmare Traces? Use them wisely to equip the Mystical Gem Box and gain extra buffs, especially handy when facing off against the Advent Battle Boss, Galland.
