This location is inspired by the puzzle-solving and pathfinding challenges of Destiny 2's dungeons, encouraging deep exploration and player-driven discovery. Alongside the expansion, major core game innovations will be introduced on July 15. These include revamped armor and gear systems designed to enhance buildcrafting opportunities, and a new activity selection screen called the Portal.
