A thrilling limited-time event in *The Sims 4* has players on a quest to uncover hidden treasures around their virtual world. One particular task, however, has left many scratching their heads: locating the Special Time Capsule during the Blast from the Past event. Here's your guide to finding this elusive item before the clock runs out.

How To Find the Special Time Capsule in The Sims 4 Blast from the Past Event

The Special Time Capsule as part of The Sims 4 Blast from the Past event.

As you embark on the Blast from the Past event, your journey begins with gathering clues about a mysterious visitor named Emit. This involves watching TV, scrolling through social media, and chatting with other Sims. While these tasks are straightforward, the challenge escalates when you're tasked with finding the Special Time Capsule.

The game provides minimal guidance, suggesting you search for rocks in parks. If you've reached this point, you've likely already met Emit at the park in Willow Creek, making it an ideal starting point. Explore the area until you spot a rock that seems to contain diamonds. Approach and interact with it to dig for the Special Time Capsule. Be prepared to check multiple rocks, as the capsule might not be in the first one you find.

What’s Inside of the Special Time Capsule in The Sims 4?

Upon discovering the Special Time Capsule, you'll be prompted to open it. Inside, you'll find an IOU note, which might seem underwhelming after your efforts. Nonetheless, read the note and return to Emit to unlock further quests in the Blast from the Past event.
