Dredge's mobile release delayed until February 2025, but a new closed beta is now open!
Fans eagerly awaiting the mobile port of Black Salt Games' Lovecraftian fishing horror, Dredge, will need to wait a bit longer. The launch has been pushed back to February 2025. However, to soften the blow, Black Salt Games has opened sign-ups for a new closed beta test.
In Dredge, players take on the role of a fisherman in the unsettling town of Greater Marrow. What begins as simple fishing quickly unravels into a journey filled with strange sea creatures, mysterious beings, and the creeping threat of madness on a nearby island.

A worthwhile wait
Given the game's expansive world, the delay isn't surprising. Porting such a rich experience to mobile devices requires significant work. The additional closed beta is a smart move, allowing for valuable player feedback before the official launch. For those unfamiliar with Dredge, its numerous awards and critical acclaim speak for themselves.
