Fortnite teases collab with vocaloid Hatsune Miku - expect a concert, a pickaxe and skin

Fortnite is gearing up for a major collaboration with Hatsune Miku! Social media buzz suggests a potential in-game appearance, possibly including more than just a skin. The Fortnite Festival account playfully claims to have Miku's backpack, while Miku's official account reports it missing, creating a fun mystery for fans.

Rumors point to a full Vocaloid skin, a virtual concert, a unique pickaxe, and even a "Miku the Catgirl" skin variant. The anticipated launch date is January 14th.

Separately, Epic Games is taking legal action against professional Fortnite player Seb Araujo for using cheat software (aimbot and wallhacks) during a late December tournament.
