Google Play Awards 2024: Squad Busters Takes Top Honors
Google's annual Best of 2024 list for mobile gaming is here, and the results are in! This year's selection showcases a diverse range of mobile gaming experiences, from epic boss battles to charming obstacle courses.
The coveted "Best Game" award goes to Supercell's Squad Busters, a tactical multiplayer title offering fast-paced combat and strategic team building. Players assemble powerful hero rosters, battling through varied game modes to collect loot and gems.
Supercell's success continues with Clash of Clans winning "Best Multi-device Game." This enduring strategy game, a decade strong, provides cross-platform play across phones, foldables, tablets, Chromebooks, and PCs.
Other notable winners include Squad Busters (Best Multiplayer), Eggy Party (Best Pick Up & Play), Yes, Your Grace (Best Indie), Solo Leveling: Arise (Best Story-Driven Adventure), and Honkai: Star Rail (Best Ongoing Game). Family-friendly fun was recognized with Tab Time World and Kingdom Rush 5: Alliance (Best Play Pass Game), while Cookie Run: Tower of Adventures claimed the title of Best Google Play Games on PC.
