After an earlier delay, the much-anticipated open-world mobile shooter, Grand Outlaws, has finally soft launched in the US. Developed by Hardbit Studio, the game is now available on Google Play for Android users starting today, May 15th. While the rest of the world eagerly awaits its turn, US players can dive into the action-packed world of Grand Outlaws right away.
The additional development time was well-spent, with Hardbit Studio focusing on expanding the game's locations, enhancing performance, and adding more content. This ensures a richer and more stable experience as the game gears up for its full global release later this year.
At launch, players can enjoy three core game modes: Battle Royale, Racing, and Deathmatch. These modes are designed for quick, intense gameplay, featuring mobile-friendly controls and easy access to weapons, vehicles, and customization options. Whether you prefer the thrill of Battle Royale, the speed of Racing, or the intensity of Deathmatch, you can switch between modes at will or explore the expansive open world at your leisure.
Currently, the soft launch is exclusive to Android, but Hardbit Studio has a comprehensive multi-platform roadmap in place. A full release for Android and the Epic Store is scheduled for July or August, with iOS and PC versions via Steam and Epic following in October. Console enthusiasts can look forward to ports on PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch in 2026. Cross-platform play is also in the works, promising a unified gaming experience across devices.
Looking ahead, Hardbit Studio plans to roll out additional content updates, including new modes like Heists and Destruction Derby, live events, a cinematic story mode, and enhanced customization options for characters and hideouts. The studio is also exploring brand collaborations and seasonal content drops to keep the game fresh and engaging.

Sergey Agafonov, Lead Game Designer at Hardbit Studio, shared his excitement about the game, stating, “Here, you can shoot money from a gun, steal a car dressed as Buttman, and win a Battle Royale — all before your coffee gets cold.”
For now, US Android users are the first to experience the thrill of Grand Outlaws' soft launch on May 15th.
