Halo Infinite Community Devs Release PvE Mode That Takes a Page From Helldivers 2's Playbook

Forge Falcons Unleashes Helldivers 2-Inspired PvE Mode in Halo Infinite

The Halo Infinite community has a new way to play thanks to The Forge Falcons, a dedicated community development studio. They've just released "Helljumpers," a thrilling player-created PvE mode inspired by the acclaimed 2024 title, Helldivers 2. This free, early access mode is available now for Xbox and PC within Halo Infinite's Custom Games.

Leveraging Halo Infinite's powerful Forge map creation tool, Helljumpers delivers a unique 4-player cooperative experience. As described by The Forge Falcons, it features: bespoke tactical options; a meticulously crafted urban environment with randomized mission objectives; and a progression system mirroring Helldivers 2's satisfying upgrade unlocks.

Helljumpers plunges players into intense combat, with six deployment waves per match, similar to Helldivers 2. Before each deployment, players customize their loadouts, choosing from a range of weapons including Assault Rifles, Sidekick pistols, and more. These weapons can be re-supplied via the dropship. Players can further enhance their capabilities by selecting perks that boost health, damage, or speed. The objective is to complete three missions – one story mission and two primary objectives – before extraction.
