What Is Mutazione?

Players step into the shoes of 15-year-old Kai, who journeys to a strange community to care for her ailing grandfather, Nonno. The town emerged after the Moon Dragon meteor struck a tropical resort over a century ago. While most inhabitants perished, the survivors underwent strange mutations.

Rescue efforts were eventually abandoned, and the isolated community of Mutazione quietly took shape. This tight-knit mutant society is full of tangled relationships, buried secrets, and occasional supernatural phenomena.
