This escape room puzzler plunges you into the heart of the carnival with one goal: escape. Naturally, obstacles abound. Similar to last week's featured game, Legacy Reawakening, despite adhering to point-and-click adventure conventions, The Haunted Carnival lets you freely explore a fully rendered carnival environment.

The carnival isn't one continuous space; it's divided into five distinct rooms, each containing five challenging puzzles. Expect intrigue and a healthy dose of spookiness. If clowns are your phobia, you might want to skip this one.

Initially, I was skeptical upon seeing AI-generated art used in The Haunted Carnival's icon. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the game's actual visuals. The crunchy, low-poly environments are surprisingly attractive.

While I can't yet offer a full gameplay review, if the puzzles are as well-designed as the environments, The Haunted Carnival is definitely worth checking out.
