Get ready, Hearthstone fans! The Great Dark Beyond Mini-Set: Heroes of StarCraft is set to launch on January 21st, bringing iconic factions from the StarCraft universe into your favorite card game. This release promises a slew of new quests and challenges to keep you engaged and entertained.
Unlike typical Mini-Sets that offer 38 cards, The Great Dark Beyond Mini-Set is breaking records with a whopping 49 cards. This includes 4 Legendary cards, 1 Epic, 20 Rares, and 24 Commons, making it the largest Mini-Set Hearthstone has ever seen. Not only is it bigger, but it's also packed with variety.
Each StarCraft faction introduces 5 multi-class cards, and the set features a standout neutral card, Grunty, who is sure to make a big impact on the battlefield.
You can explore The Great Dark Beyond Hearthstone packs to uncover the Heroes of StarCraft Mini-Set or opt to unlock the entire 94-card set directly. The standard Mini-Set is available for 2500 Gold, while an all-Golden version can be yours for 12,000 Gold.
The Zerg faction is all about swarming the board and overwhelming your opponents. They team up with Death Knight, Demon Hunter, Hunter, and Warlock, with Sarah Kerrigan leading the charge. If you enjoy generating an army of tokens, the Zerg faction is perfect for you.
Next, the Protoss faction, featuring Druid, Mage, Priest, and Rogue, is led by High Templar Artanis. They focus on high-cost cards that become more affordable over time, setting the stage for massive, game-changing turns.
Lastly, the Terran faction includes Paladin, Shaman, and Warrior, with Jim Raynor at the helm. They introduce Starship synergies, allowing you to launch multiple Starships in a single game. The highlight is The Battlecruiser, which comes with new art and the Mech minion type. If you possess a Signature Starship piece, you'll unlock the Signature-art version of the Battlecruiser.
Don't miss out on this exciting addition to Hearthstone. Download the game from the Google Play Store and grab the Heroes of StarCraft Mini-Set when it drops on January 21st.
