The update is anticipated to address numerous game-breaking bugs that have plagued the title since its December launch. Bethesda previously indicated February's patch would introduce enhanced graphics options and resolve issues hindering 100% game completion and traversal challenges in Sukhothai (vine climbing and wall squeezing). The extent to which these specific issues are addressed remains to be seen.
Since its release on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and Game Pass, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny has attracted over 4 million players. The MachineGames title has received widespread critical praise and multiple awards, including three D.I.C.E. Awards. A PlayStation 5 version is slated for release this spring.
