Despite this, Price expressed the team's strong desire to continue the Resistance storyline, highlighting the series' compelling alternate history and the untapped potential of the Chimera's origins and future.
The Resistance series, a trilogy of first-person shooters for the PlayStation 3, depicts an alternate 1951 where aliens invade the UK. Following the Resistance trilogy, Insomniac shifted focus to projects like the Marvel's Spider-Man series and new Ratchet & Clank installments.
Price's retirement announcement earlier this year paved the way for Chad Dezern, Ryan Schneider, and Jen Huang to assume the roles of Co-Studio Heads. Insomniac's recent releases include the PC port of Marvel's Spider-Man 2, with Marvel's Wolverine slated as their next project.
