"After taking the time to gather and discuss feedback from our recent closed beta, we've realized that we missed the mark," the statement read. Tripwire emphasized its commitment to making Killing Floor 3 both a bold evolution and a faithful continuation of the series.

A new release window has not been provided, though the game is still expected to arrive later this year.
