Kirby Air Riders will launch exclusively for Nintendo Switch 2 on November 20. Helmed by Super Smash Bros. director Masahiro Sakurai, this racing title features beloved characters from Kirby's universe. Players can engage in vehicular combat across battle arenas or race on traditional tracks. Preorders are now available (check Best Buy listings).
Kirby Air Riders offers only a standard edition, with no special or collector's versions available. In an era where many games charge premium prices for early access, this straightforward approach feels refreshing.

This sequel expands upon 2003's GameCube title Kirby Air Ride (note the name difference). While the original focused on Kirby variants, this installment introduces playable characters including King Dedede, Meta Knight, Chef Kawasaki, and Bandana Waddle Dee - all retaining Kirby's signature copy ability.
