LEGO Revives Simpsons Collaboration, Unveils Krusty Burger Set

May 15,2025 Author: Mila

¡Ay caramba! LEGO has just dropped a bombshell for fans of *The Simpsons* with the announcement of the new Krusty Burger set. Tailored for the 18+ age group, this minifigure-scale set is packed with Easter eggs and nods to the show's golden era. While it's not yet available for preorder, you can mark your calendar for its release on June 4. If you're a LEGO Insider, you're in luck—early access begins on June 1, and you can sign up for free right here.

This marks the first Simpsons-themed LEGO set since 2018, following the release of the Homer Simpson and Krusty the Clown Brickheadz models. Before that, LEGO had only released two other Simpsons sets: the iconic Simpsons house in 2014 and the Kwik-E-Mart in 2015, both of which have since been retired. The announcement of the Krusty Burger set is a thrilling revival of a beloved LEGO franchise that many thought had been discontinued.

LEGO The Simpsons: Krusty Burger

Comprising 1,635 pieces, the LEGO The Simpsons: Krusty Burger measures 9 inches tall, 9.5 inches wide, and 7.5 inches deep. Its design draws inspiration from McDonald's, featuring elements like a drive-thru menu and window. The set is ingeniously designed to open on a hinge, revealing a detailed interior with a kitchen, bathroom, and dining area. In addition to the restaurant itself, you'll find two separate buildable components: the iconic Krusty Burger sign mounted on a tall pole and Homer's Krusty-fied car from the Season Six episode "Homie the Clown."

The set comes with seven minifigures: Homer Simpson, Bart Simpson, Lisa Simpson, Farmer Krusty the Clown, Sideshow Bob, the Squeaky Voiced Teen, and Officer Lou. LEGO Insiders who purchase the set between June 1 and June 7, either online or at a physical LEGO Store, will receive a special gift with purchase: a 123-piece set of The Simpsons Living Room, available while supplies last.
