Madame Bo is preparing to join Mortal Kombat 1

NetherRealm Studios has exciting news for fans of *Mortal Kombat 1 (MK1)*—they've unveiled a new Kameo fighter, Madame Bo. The latest trailer showcases her distinctive combat style, where she skillfully wields bottles as weapons, employs blinding tactics, and delivers a stunning Fatality that resonates perfectly with her tea-house theme. The visuals are not only striking but also leave a memorable impression.

Within the *MK1* storyline, Madame Bo runs a tea house and plays the role of a mentor to Kung Lao and Raiden. She marks the second character revealed for the upcoming DLC pack, following the earlier announcement of T-1000. While T-1000 is a fully playable character, Madame Bo joins the roster as a Kameo fighter.

There's an intriguing fan theory circulating that suggests Madame Bo in the new timeline might actually be Bo' Rai Cho. This speculation is fueled by similarities in their names, fighting techniques, the use of alcohol, and her noticeable habit of smoking. Given Liu Kang's role in reshaping character identities from the previous timeline, this theory could very well hold true.
