Mahjong Soul is having a collaboration event with The Idolm@ster Shiny Colors. It’s a long-term event with cute characters and fun events and is running till December 15th. So, gear up to grab your tiles and explore the shrine.
The Event Is Called Shiny Concerto!
Mahjong Soul x The Idolm@ster Shiny Colors is dropping a new match mode called Limitless Asura. It earns you a lot more event tokens. The event also comes with a fresh story. Four new characters from The Idolm@ster Shiny Colors are coming to the Mahjong Soul Shrine and challenging the Mahjong Soul characters.
Now, let’s talk about the four new faces. Toru Asakura is the cool and carefree type, moving at her own pace and charming everyone without even trying. Then there’s Madoka Higuchi, rocking a cynical edge and cool eyes paired with that trademark mole.
Koito Fukumaru is a soft-spoken, studious introvert. And last but not least, Hinana Ichikawa lights up the room with her energy and has a sweet spot for her childhood friend Toru. Catch all of them in this event trailer below!
Grab the New Outfits
Limited-time outfits from the ‘Leisurely Grace’ series are up for grabs. Five new collaboration decorations are also available, like the dazzling Starry Streams Riichi effect and the Rippled Sky winning animation.
For those unfamiliar with Mahjong Soul, it’s a free-to-play Japanese Riichi Mahjong game developed by Catfood Studio and published by Yostar. It’s been out since April 2019 on Android. Check the game out on the Google Play Store.
On the other hand, The Idolm@ster Shiny Colors is a Japanese life sim game by Bandai Namco. It’s based on The Idolm@ster franchise and dropped on Android in March 2019.
