Marvel Rivals Welcomes Invisible Woman and More in Season 1

Get ready for a major update to Marvel Rivals! NetEase Games has announced the arrival of the Fantastic Four's Invisible Woman, alongside new maps, a game mode, and a fresh battle pass, launching January 10th at 1 AM PST as part of Season 1: Eternal Darkness Falls.

A new gameplay video showcases Invisible Woman's abilities. She's classified as a Strategist, utilizing attacks that both damage foes and heal allies. Her kit includes a knockback, invisibility, a double jump for enhanced mobility, and a shield for protecting teammates. Her ultimate creates a zone of invisibility, disrupting ranged attacks.

Mister Fantastic also gets a spotlight, revealed in a separate trailer. He appears to blend Duelist and Vanguard roles, boasting higher health than typical DPS characters and using his stretching abilities for both attacks and defensive maneuvers.

While Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman debut in Season 1, Human Torch and The Thing will arrive later in a mid-season update approximately six to seven weeks after launch. NetEase Games has confirmed that full seasons will run for roughly three months.

Season 1 will feature Dracula as the primary antagonist. The absence of Blade, despite data leaks suggesting his presence in the game files, is a slight disappointment for some fans. However, the overall excitement for the new content remains high. The addition of the Fantastic Four and the new features promise a significant expansion to the Marvel Rivals experience.
