The latest State of Play showcased a fresh trailer for the Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater remake, offering a deeper look at the game, an updated Snake vs. Monkey mode featuring Ape Escape, and a potential hint at Metal Gear Online.
The trailer emphasizes Snake’s stealth tactics, showcasing him navigating environments undetected, using disguises, hiding in foliage, and confronting enemies in iconic boss battles.
The trailer concludes with a playful twist, highlighting the revamped Snake vs. Monkey mode, where Snake attempts to catch Ape Escape monkeys by surprise. Previously announced, Xbox players will experience a comparable mode featuring Bomberman instead, which may be revealed at Xbox’s upcoming showcase or in a future trailer.
The trailer’s final moments subtly tease Metal Gear Online, leaving fans intrigued by the cryptic “and more.”
