How to Survive All Monsters in Pressure
This guide outlines how to defeat every monster in Pressure. Some are random encounters, others are Node monsters following specific paths, and some, like The DiVine, appear in specific areas. I'll detail specific strategies and telltale signs to help you hide effectively. Remember, avoid prolonged hiding to prevent Cleithrophobia, which forces you out of hiding. Instead, focus on identifying each monster's cues.
Pandemonium
Flickering lights signal a possible Pandemonium spawn. Don't rush to hide; instead, position yourself near a locker. Wait for its roar. Pandemonium instantly kills anyone in its line of sight who isn't in a locker. Entering a locker triggers a mini-game: keep your cursor centered as the locker shakes. Survive the mini-game, survive Pandemonium.
Good People
Good People spawns in rooms with dead-end doors, one being a Fake Door. Entering it results in death. Here's how to avoid it:
Fake Door Cues: Listen for breathing, growling, sparks, or faint scanlines on the navi-path sign near a door before opening it. These indicate Good People.
Dark Rooms: In dark rooms, the Fake door's navi-path remains lit, while real doors remain dark.
HQ Messages: If HQ suggests a path without specifying the wrong one, check for Fake doors.
Eyefestation
This shark-like monster appears in rooms overlooking the ocean. Avoid eye contact through the window; it drains your HP. Simply leave the room without looking to despawn it.
Squiddles

Turn off your light to avoid Squiddles. They appear in dark rooms; simply turn off your light and pass them at a safe distance.
Locker Void-Mass

These slimes spawn randomly in lockers. Check for purple slime before entering. If trapped, you'll take continuous damage until death or rescue by another player.
Wall Dweller
These spawn in walls, emerging when you're not looking. Listen for out-of-sync footsteps. Turning around makes them retreat. A teammate can lure and kill them. If The Angler encounters a Wall Dweller, it kills it, leaving a health-restoring meat chunk. Players can also kill Dwellers for a defective, non-healing meat chunk.
Redeemer and Hanger
Picking up the Redeemer revolver starts a mini-game with the Hanger. Mash the E (Interact) button to resist its influence. Success means you shoot the Hanger; failure results in self-harm or being stabbed.
Candlebearers & Candlebrutes
Candlebearers are stunned by light but don't shine for more than 3 seconds; they'll become enraged. Sporadically shine light to slow them. They deal low damage. Candlebrutes are faster and only slowed, not stunned, by light. Shine for 5 seconds max before enraging them. A fully blue light indicates enragement.
The Angler

Briefly flickering lights signal The Angler. Hide in a locker. They spawn only in rooms with lockers. If you don't hide, it will instantly kill anyone in line of sight. Submerging your head underwater also works.
Pinkie
Pinkie is like The Angler but without the light flicker warning. A screech signals its approach; hide in a locker.
Froger
Froger is like The Angler, with flickering lights and a screech. It rebounds back down the path, so be ready to hide twice.
Chainsmoker
The Chainsmoker has flickering lights and rattling chains. It emits green smoke, forcing you out of lockers. Hide when your screen shakes; the gas won't reach you in time. It's one of the slower monsters.
Blitz
Blitz is the fastest variant. A screech signals its approach; a roar precedes its entry into a room. Hide immediately upon hearing the roar.
Bottomfeeder
This monster appears in The Dredge and attacks only in water. Use dry land to evade. If caught, mash Q and E (or mobile equivalents) to escape a health-draining mini-game.
The DiVine

These tree-like monsters in Oxygen Gardens are non-hostile unless you step on grass. Avoid grass to remain safe. They sometimes combine with other monsters (e.g., Eyefestation).
