Despite facing some criticism, the Netflix Stories games consistently ranked among the most-played titles on the Netflix platform. Recent reports place it at the fourth spot in Netflix Games' top 10 carousel, which measures player engagement rather than just downloads.
Looking at the future of the series, the last interactive title to be released will be Love Is Blind: NYC. After its rollout, Netflix will cease the development of new Netflix Stories games. Unlike previous entries, The Love Contract was not tied to any existing Netflix IP. Unfortunately, this game has now been scrapped.
While new developments are halted, existing Netflix Stories games will remain accessible. Players can still enjoy titles like Love Is Blind, Emily in Paris, Money Heist, Love Is Blind: Winter's Kiss, Perfect Match, Sex Education, Selling Sunset, Sweet Magnolias, Virgin River, and The Perfect Couple. However, planned sequels such as Outer Banks and Ginny & Georgia have been cancelled.
