Solo Leveling: Arise just concluded its inaugural global tournament, the SLC 2025, which turned out to be a thrilling spectacle. Hosted on April 12th at Ivex Studio in Korea, the event featured the intense Battlefield of Time mode and drew fans from around the globe. Tickets sold out in less than a minute, and the event also attracted thousands of online viewers.
The tournament saw sixteen finalists, split evenly between the International and Asia Leagues, hailing from Asia, Europe, North America, and South America. After fierce competition, the finals narrowed down to four elite players. Ultimately, OhReung emerged victorious, conquering four battlefields in a mere 2 minutes and 57 seconds, earning the title of the first official global Solo Leveling: Arise champion.
OhReung's triumph netted him a prize of KRW 10 million along with an LG gram Pro 360 laptop. The runner-up and third-place finishers also received substantial rewards, with KRW 7 million and KRW 3 million respectively, and were each awarded LG UltraGearTM gaming monitors.
Beyond the competition, the event was a celebration of the community, featuring live giveaways and redemption codes distributed during the stream. It marked a significant debut for Solo Leveling: Arise on the global esports stage, setting the stage for even more exciting future tournaments.

In his victory speech, OhReung expressed his gratitude, stating: “I’m deeply honoured to share this shining moment of becoming a world champion with everyone. As a gesture of support, I will be donating half of my prize money to aid those affected by the recent wildfires in Korea.”
