New Adaptations Announced:
Horizon Zero Dawn Film: Sony Pictures will produce a film adaptation of Horizon Zero Dawn.
Helldivers 2 Film: Columbia Pictures is tackling a film adaptation of Helldivers 2. Details on both films remain scarce.
Until Dawn Film: A film adaptation of Until Dawn is set for release on April 25, 2025.
The Last of Us Season Two: Neil Druckmann revealed a new trailer for The Last of Us season two, confirming its adaptation of the storyline from The Last of Us Part II, introducing characters like Abby and Dina.
Past Successes and Ongoing Projects:
PlayStation Productions, established in 2019, has already seen success with adaptations like Uncharted (2022) and Gran Turismo (2023), both performing strongly at the box office.
