Pokémon Go's Holiday Event: Part Two Details Revealed!
Get ready for even more festive fun in Pokémon Go! Niantic has announced the details for Part Two of their Holiday Event, running from December 22nd to 27th. Following the first part's launch on December 17th, this second phase promises increased bonuses, exciting Pokémon encounters, and rewarding challenges.
Expect double XP for catching Pokémon and a 50% XP boost in Raid Battles. Holiday-themed Dedenne, Wooloo, and Dubwool will make their debut, with a chance to encounter shiny versions.
From December 25th to January 5th, Daily Adventure Incense will last twice as long, maximizing your Pokémon catching opportunities. Keep an eye out for Alolan Rattata, Murkrow, Blitzle, Tynamo, Absol, and more in the wild.
Raids will feature Litwick and Cetoddle (one-star), Snorlax and Banette (three-star), and Giratina in five-star raids. Mega Latios and Abomasnow will also appear in Mega Raids.
For quest enthusiasts, Field Research Tasks offer encounters with event Pokémon. A $5 Timed Research provides a Glacial Lure Module, two Incense, a Wooloo Jacket, and additional encounters. Collection Challenges focused on catching and raiding will reward Stardust, Great Balls, and Ultra Balls.
