
May 2025 is shaping up to be an exciting month for Pokémon GO enthusiasts with a packed schedule of events and raid appearances. The highlight of the month is undoubtedly the return of the Lake Trio to Five-Star Raids across various regions.
What Does Pokémon GO Have in Store for May 2025?
Kicking off the month, Tapu Fini will be available in Five-Star raids from May 1st to May 12th, bringing along the special move Nature's Madness and a chance to encounter its Shiny form. Following this, starting May 12th, players can engage in a regional tour with the Lake Trio: Uxie in the Asia-Pacific, Mesprit in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India, and Azelf in the Americas and Greenland.
After the Lake Trio's stint, Tapu Bulu will take the stage in raids from May 25th to June 3rd, 2025, also featuring Nature's Madness and a Shiny variant.
For those interested in Mega Raids, May offers a robust lineup. Mega Houndoom will be available from May 1st to 12th, followed by Mega Gyarados from May 12th to 25th, and Mega Altaria from May 25th to June 3rd.

The month kicks off with the "Growing Up" event from May 2nd to 7th, and a special Mega Kangaskhan Raid Day on May 3rd. From May 10th to 18th, players can participate in the Crown Clash event, while May 10th and 11th will see the Dynamax Suicune Max Battle Weekend.
The Community Day on May 11th promises an exciting mystery Pokémon. Crown Clash: Taken Over runs from May 14th to 18th, with a Shadow Raid Day scheduled for May 17th.
The Final Strike: GO Battle Week takes place from May 21st to 27th, and the May Community Day Classic is set for May 24th. The month wraps up with a Gigantamax Machamp Max Battle Day on May 25th, 2025.
