The PUBG Mobile Esports World Cup's first stage has concluded, leaving 12 teams vying for the $3 million prize pool. This exciting tournament, a Gamers8 spin-off in Saudi Arabia, saw 24 teams initially compete, with Alliance currently leading the pack.
The remaining 12 teams now enjoy a week's respite before the final stage, commencing July 27th and concluding on the 28th. While the event's overall global impact remains to be seen, its significance within the Gamers8 esports spectacle is undeniable. It's worth noting, however, that this tournament isn't the largest on the PUBG Mobile esports calendar.
For those eliminated, a "Survival Stage" on July 23rd and 24th offers a chance to reclaim two coveted spots in the main event. This promises intense competition. In the meantime, explore our list of the best mobile games of 2024 to stay entertained until the next phase of the World Cup begins.
