Roland-Garros eSeries 2025 Unveils New eSports Team Format in Tennis Clash

The Roland-Garros eSeries is set to make a thrilling return in 2025, inviting tennis enthusiasts to compete on the virtual clay of Tennis Clash. This year introduces an exciting team-based format, with legendary tennis captains and a substantial €5,000 prize pool at stake. Key sponsors Renault and Mastercard are back, offering players the chance to customize their characters with official Roland-Garros 2025 outfits and use the special Renault 5 Roland-Garros string.

When Does It Start?

The Roland-Garros eSeries will kick off in March, beginning with open qualifiers from March 6-11, followed by two more stages on March 20-25 and April 3-8. These qualifiers will pave the way for players to reach the finals. The top female players from the first two qualifiers will join the overall winners in the finals, which will take place at the Roland-Garros Tenniseum Auditorium on May 24th. The event will be live-streamed on Twitch, ensuring fans around the world can witness the action.

What’s New This Year?

The 2025 Roland-Garros eSeries introduces a fresh team-based format, moving away from solo competitions. Finalists will be organized into teams, each led by a prominent figure in French tennis. Gilles Simon, a former ATP world No. 6 and Davis Cup champion, has been confirmed as one of the team captains. Simon, who has been involved as a commentator since 2023 and competed in 2024’s Top 8, will coach one of the squads. The identity of his rival captain, a Grand Slam winner, remains a tantalizing secret.

Are You Excited for the Roland-Garros eSeries 2025?

As the teams take shape, the competition will intensify. The winning team from the initial phase will advance to the winner’s side of the double-elimination bracket, while the losing team will start in the loser’s bracket. Defending champion Alessandro ΔLEX Bianco will return to defend his title, joined by the two Grand Tour finalists. With 548,000 participants from 215 territories last year, the competition is expected to be fiercer than ever.

In celebration of Women’s Day, Tennis Clash is offering a trip to Paris for the top female and overall players. To join the excitement, download Tennis Clash from the Google Play Store and prepare for the Roland-Garros eSeries 2025. There's a lot to look forward to!
