Rummix – The Ultimate Number-Matching Puzzle is a new card-based puzzle game from Edco Games, now available on Android. As the name implies, it blends number-matching mechanics with elements reminiscent of Rummy and Threes.
How Do You Play Rummix – The Ultimate Number-Matching Puzzle?
You play on a clear 4x4 grid filled with numbers, letters, and icons that represent hidden numbers. The core challenge is to make strategic moves before the game introduces a punishing Sudden Death Timer.
You might wonder what "matching numbers" entails. You must align three identical numbers or three numbers in consecutive order. You can slide entire rows of chips left or right, and entire columns up or down.
Once a chip is moved, it locks into place and your action cannot be undone. Therefore, every single move in Rummix carries weight. If you complete five turns without successfully making a match, the timer will begin its countdown.
The icons represent special chips or cards that you must clear by matching the correct adjacent cards. They only start to appear after you have progressed beyond a certain level. Curious to see the gameplay? Have a look right here!
A Straightforward Puzzle Experience
Rummix – The Ultimate Number-Matching Puzzle avoids unnecessary complexity. Its design is notably simple and approachable. The game embraces a minimalist aesthetic with clean visuals and solid color blocks. Related numbers share the same color, providing an additional visual cue to help you organize the cards and chips.
If you're searching for a straightforward number-matching puzzle game, you can try Rummix on the Google Play Store. It's free to download and offers a wealth of levels to master.
