Rumors suggest a new port of the classic first-person shooter, Doom 64, is on the horizon for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles. This follows an updated ESRB rating listing the game for these platforms. The 2020 release of Doom 64 for PS4 and Xbox One, featuring enhanced graphics and a new chapter, may be getting a current-gen upgrade.
Originally a Nintendo 64 exclusive, Doom 64's 2020 port also launched on Steam. The updated ESRB rating, however, doesn't currently include a PC version.
