All three payphones are located within the new Point of Interest (POI), Outlaw Oasis, Valentina's home base. Let's focus on completing the quest and earning that XP!

This payphone is situated on the northeast side of Outlaw Oasis, outside a building.
The second payphone is conveniently located near the first, outside a brick building in the center of Outlaw Oasis.
This one is slightly more elusive, found on the southeast outskirts of Outlaw Oasis. Keep an eye out for the exclamation mark.
Once you've interacted with all three payphones, your task is complete! Enjoy the XP boost. However, remember that Outlaw Oasis is a popular spot, so be prepared for potential encounters with other players.
To minimize conflict, consider landing at a different POI and gathering loot before heading to Outlaw Oasis. This way, you'll be better equipped to handle any unexpected confrontations.
