May the 4th be with you! It's officially Star Wars Day, and this year's celebration is especially exciting with the release of a brand new animated series, *Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld*. This series delves into the gritty lives of assassin Asajj Ventress and the notorious bounty hunter Cad Bane as they navigate the shadowy underworld of the Star Wars universe. As the third installment in the "Tales of" anthology series, following *Tales of the Jedi* and *Tales of the Empire*, this series promises to expand on the rich backstories introduced by Dave Filoni in the *Clone Wars* series. If you're eager to dive into some fresh Star Wars content this weekend, we've got all the details you need.

The bottom line is that Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld is available to stream exclusively on Disney+. While there was a virtual watch party for the first two episodes in Fortnite on Friday, if you missed it, Disney+ is your only option. As the primary streaming service for all Star Wars content since Disney's acquisition of Lucasfilm, Disney+ is the go-to platform for fans.
If you're not yet a Disney+ subscriber, you have several cost-saving options at your fingertips. The best deal currently available is the Disney+, Hulu, Max bundle, which combines all three services into one convenient package. There are also various other Disney+ bundles if you're looking for more tailored options.
Unlike many other major Star Wars series, Tales of the Underworld is releasing all episodes at once. There are six episodes in total, and you can start watching them right away.
If you're not familiar with the main characters, consider starting with some of the best episodes of Clone Wars first. Here's a quick synopsis of the series, directly from Disney+:
"Enter the galaxy’s dangerous underworld in this six-episode journey through the experiences of two iconic villains. Former assassin and bounty hunter Asajj Ventress is given a new chance at life and must go on the run with an unexpected new ally, while outlaw Cad Bane faces his past when he confronts an old friend, now a Marshal on the opposite side of the law."
