In My Time At Sandrock, building a life with your loved one requires several steps: upgrading your home, raising your relationship score, and providing a comfortable sleeping arrangement—a double bed. Finding the right bed can be tricky, so let's explore your options.
The most accessible double bed is the Yakboy Double Bed, available at "By The Stairs," a shop located on the lower level of town, between the Commerce Guild and the Civil Corps building. Arvio runs this shop, and the bed costs 6,250 Gols (though discounts may be available). Purchasing this bed brings you closer to marital bliss in My Time At Sandrock.
This 3x5 bed is for indoor use only. Note that you'll need a second Yakboy Double Bed to complete the "The President and His Wife" side mission. Its significant cost necessitates saving up in-game currency.
While the standard Yakboy Double Bed's aesthetic might be understated, you can customize it using pigments to change its color. You can also transform it into the more visually appealing Starry Double Bed, requiring the following materials:
Currently, the only other double bed option is the Elegant Large Bed, available through the paid Far East Furniture Pack DLC ($3.99 USD). Purchasing this pack adds the Elegant Large Bed (a 4x5 piece) to your in-game mailbox. It's part of a larger set of nine elegant furniture items in a matching style and color scheme. Unlike the Yakboy Double Bed, the Elegant Large Bed cannot be customized or altered.
