Tinkatink Debuts in Pokémon Go for Pokémon Horizons: Season 2 Celebration

Apr 28,2025 Author: Sadie

The Horizons Celebration event is making a vibrant return to Pokémon Go, introducing the delightful and dynamic Tinkatink along with its evolutions, Tinkatuff and Tinkaton. From April 16th to 22nd, players can dive into this special event and witness the debut of these charming Pokémon. Tinkaton, in particular, brings its playful nature to the game, known for using its hammer to launch rocks at Corviknight. To evolve Tinkatink into its final form, Tinkaton, you'll need to gather 125 Candy throughout the event.

Adding a unique twist to the festivities, Floragato adorned with a hat featuring Liko's pin will be available in the wild, hatching from Eggs, and appearing in Raids. Keep an eye out for its Shiny variant, which could be a lucky catch. Alongside Floragato, other Pokémon like Pikachu wearing Cap's hat and Charcadet may also make appearances.

ytPaldea's beloved Pokémon, such as Fuecoco, Sprigatito, Quaxly, and Pawmi, will be roaming the wild, while seven km Eggs offer chances to hatch familiar faces like Hatenna and Elekid, as well as the newly introduced Tinkatink. Don't miss out on the snapshot surprises either, as Horizons characters and their Pokémon might photobomb your pictures.

For those looking to redeem some rewards, here's a list of Pokémon Go codes you can use during the event.

On the battle front, Pikachu in Cap's hat will come equipped with the special move Volt Tackle. The event also features a diverse lineup in Raids, including Charizard, Metagross, Alolan Muk, and more Floragato. Bonus hunters will be pleased with the increased frequency of Team Go Rocket balloons, halved Egg hatch distances, and boosted Shiny chances and Stardust payouts.

Engage in Field Research and take advantage of both free and paid Timed Research opportunities, which offer additional rewards like an exclusive avatar pose. To maximize your experience, consider purchasing the Celebration Event Ultra Ticket Box from the Pokémon Go Web Store for $4.99.
