Get ready for epic 18th-century warfare on the go! Feral Interactive and Creative Assembly have just announced that Total War: Empire, the critically acclaimed strategy game, is coming to iOS and Android devices this fall. The release date and pricing are yet to be revealed, but expect more details soon.
This mobile adaptation boasts intuitive touch controls optimized for phones and tablets, a revamped user interface, and quality-of-life improvements. For those unfamiliar, Total War: Empire transports players to the Age of Enlightenment, delivering a captivating strategic experience widely regarded as a series highlight. A key feature for the mobile version will be the inclusion of real-time naval battles – a first for the Total War franchise on mobile platforms.
Before the fall release, you can experience the definitive edition of Total War: Empire on Steam. I'm particularly excited to see how the game performs and looks on modern iOS hardware. Hopefully, we'll receive updates on DLC availability and pricing shortly.
