Jasmine will explain the situation: a magical storm has struck Agrabah, Aladdin is missing, and the Magic Carpet is stuck in Dreamlight Valley. To help, you'll need to upgrade your pickaxe. Gather three wooden planks scattered around Agrabah (near Jasmine, the carpet merchant, and a large archway) and bring them to Jasmine.
Next, locate three chests containing Artisan's Alloy. These are hidden throughout Agrabah; careful exploration is key! Once you've gathered the alloy, craft the Artisan's Alloy Pickaxe Upgrade at the crafting table and equip it.
