As we approach the summer of 2025, the anime season is heating up with the return of beloved series and the debut of new ones. Among them, the fan-favorite comedy "Konosuba" is set to captivate audiences once again. If you're a fan, you're in for a treat as your favorite characters from the series make their way into Ateam Entertainment's popular mobile game, Valkyrie Connect.
"Konosuba," an isekai anime that follows the misadventures of perennial loser Kazuma and his quirky team of self-absorbed goddess Aqua, deranged explosion mage Megumin, and erratic knight Darkness, is renowned for its humorous take on the trapped-in-another-world genre. Now, you can bring Megumin, Aqua, and Darkness into your Valkyrie Connect lineup!
Darkness takes the spotlight as the headlining character for this exciting collaboration event. Collect Collab Coins to summon her and leverage her high defense and resistance to status ailments to bolster your team. Meanwhile, Aqua and Megumin will be available in the summoning pool, with guaranteed options on certain Steps.
Naturally, both Aqua and Megumin come equipped with their signature moves. Aqua brings her healing magic and other useful spells to the table, while Megumin unleashes her iconic Explosion. These characters are sure to live up to their anime counterparts in every way, minus the annoyance factor.
Don't miss out on visiting Vanir's Trader, where you can exchange tickets for exclusive costumes and other collaboration items. Additionally, dive into the fun storyline that accompanies the event, where the Konosuba crew finds themselves pulled into the world of Valkyrie Connect.
Anime continues to be a rich source of inspiration for gaming, and this collaboration is a testament to that. If you're skeptical, just take a look at our list of the top 15 best anime mobile games to see the impact firsthand!
