Vampire Survivors Drops a SaGa-Based DLC Emerald Diorama along with Cross-Save Update

Today marks an exciting milestone for fans of Vampire Survivors as the game releases its largest update yet with the free DLC, Emerald Diorama. This update brings a unique crossover flavor, drawing inspiration from Square Enix’s iconic JRPG series, SaGa, blending the thrilling survival elements of Vampire Survivors with the rich fantasy world of SaGa.

Emerald Diorama Brings JRPG Vibes to Vampire Survivors

The Emerald Diorama DLC introduces a new stage designed as a mini world map that evokes the feeling of world-hopping, reminiscent of classic JRPGs. Players will encounter over a dozen new characters, ranging from mystical puppeteers to those who enchant with cursed songs. The update also adds over 16 new weapons and introduces the innovative Glimmer system, allowing players to acquire new skills randomly during gameplay. Enhancing the immersive experience are nine new music tracks that complement the new thematic elements.

To access the Emerald Diorama, players must visit the Moongolow stage and interact with a new merchant to purchase the Emerald Disk for 50,000 gold. From there, you can unlock the new content piece by piece. The DLC also introduces character parties, enabling you to form your own mini squad for a more collaborative gameplay experience.

Additionally, the Emerald Diorama brings two new Adventures, which are mini-campaigns with six chapters each. To End an Ice Age enhances the base game, while Tides of the Foscari expands the new DLC with additional content.

Alongside the DLC, There’s Another Free Update

Simultaneously, Vampire Survivors has rolled out another free update, The Coop, focusing on a quirky chicken theme. This update introduces a new chicken character named Gazebo, along with a new weapon and a relic that accelerates gameplay. Players can also earn a slew of new achievements and unlock Darkana. Collecting 500 lifetime floor chickens will unlock the full potential of The Coop update.

For an optimal experience with The Coop, refrain from killing anything for the first minute of gameplay. This will unlock the Gaze of Gaea, and further evolving it with Parm Aegis will unlock Gazebo.

Both the Emerald Diorama DLC and The Coop update are available for free on Vampire Survivors, which you can download from the Google Play Store. Additionally, the game now supports cross-platform saving, allowing you to continue your progress across PC, Xbox, Android, and iOS devices.
