Alongside this recognition came the exciting announcement of version 2.0, slated for release on January 2nd across all platforms. This is particularly thrilling news for console gamers, as Wuthering Waves will finally make its debut on the PlayStation 5, bringing its captivating action to a new audience.
Since its launch, Wuthering Waves has enthralled players with its intricate combat system, rich setting, and compelling narrative. The game is set on the planet Solaris-3, which is divided into six nations, including Huanglong, New Federation, and Rinascita. Currently, we're immersed in the Huanglong phase of the story, but it has been confirmed that this phase will soon come to a close. Kuro Games has announced that version 2.0 will introduce Rinascita as a brand new region, significantly enhancing the storyline and gameplay. This means that version 1.4 and possibly the following patches will serve as the finale for the Huanglong region as we gear up for the next chapter.
