Zenless Zone Zero 1.7 'Bury Your Tears' Release Imminent

HoYoverse has exciting news for fans of Zenless Zone Zero as they unveil the launch date for Version 1.7, titled 'Bury Your Tears with the Past,' set to roll out on April 23rd. This update marks the culmination of Season 1, promising a thrilling conclusion to the unfolding narrative.

What’s in Store in Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.7?

The long-awaited resolution to the Sacrifice crisis will finally come to light. Players, known as Proxies, will delve deeper into Vivian's intricate backstory and uncover the truth behind Hugo's fate, which has been shrouded in mystery and speculation.

Following Hugo's descent into the Hollow, tensions between Mockingbird and TOPS have escalated. The Mayor has now dispatched a special Void Hunter-rank investigator to address the escalating situation.

Alongside Vivian, Proxies will venture into hostile territory to locate the Sacrifice Core. Vivian's past entanglements and the unraveling conspiracy of the Exaltists add layers of intrigue to the storyline.

Here’s the Character Lineup

Version 1.7 introduces two new S-Rank Agents from Mockingbird. Vivian, an Ether Anomaly Agent, wields a parasol and rapier, delivering devastating Corruption damage, especially when combined with other characters' EX Special Attacks.

Hugo, an Ice Attack Agent, joins the roster with a unique suitcase that transforms into a scythe. His ability to trigger the Totalize effect on stunned enemies amplifies damage based on the duration of the stun.

Robin, Mockingbird's agile Bangboo partner, adds to the mix with cards that unleash random effects. Additionally, familiar faces Jane, the Physical Anomaly Agent, and Lighter, the Fire Stun Agent, will return in the banners of Version 1.7.

New events are also on the horizon with Version 1.7. The 'Say It With Flowers' event invites players to manage a flower shop, fulfilling design requests and crafting floral arrangements. Completing these commissions unlocks a permanent floral arrangement mini-game in Quality Time mode, along with exclusive rewards.
