Adin Ross confirms his permanent return to Kick, ending months of speculation. The popular streamer, who briefly left the platform in 2024, recently rejoined and declared his intention to stay "for good." This announcement follows his highly anticipated return livestream, alongside fellow creators Cuffem, Shaggy, and Konvy, on January 4th, 2025, marking his first stream in over two months.
Ross's move to Kick from Twitch in 2023 significantly boosted the platform's growth. His unexpected departure earlier this year fueled rumors of a rift with Kick CEO Ed Craven, but a joint livestream in December 2024 confirmed his continued commitment. A recent tweet further solidified this decision, reassuring fans of his permanent return.
Beyond his return, Ross hinted at "bigger" plans, fueling fan speculation. Many believe this relates to his Brand Risk boxing events, a venture he intends to expand with Kick's support. Previous legal issues with Misfits Boxing in early 2024 highlight the potential challenges for future Brand Risk endeavors.
Ross's decision is a significant win for both himself and Kick. The platform, co-founded by Bijan Tehrani, aims to either surpass or acquire Twitch, a goal seemingly within reach given its current momentum and high-profile partnerships.
