Just a month ago, developer LocalThunk celebrated reaching 3.5 million sales. This incredible surge of 1.5 million copies in approximately 40 days strongly suggests a significant boost from The Game Awards, a possibility hinted at by the developer.

Even nearly a year post-launch, Balatro remains incredibly popular.
