Navigating the Trail
The initial Winterfest tasks are straightforward: interact with SGT. Winter and Noir in Seaport City. However, the detective's subsequent assignment – following a trail – requires more investigation.
This trail leads to a mountain south of Brutal Boxcars, near Mariah Carey's location. You must locate and interact with three specific objects:

Questioning the Unknown Traveler (Santa Snoop)
After interacting with all three objects, head to a nearby cabin on the mountain. Inside, you'll find Santa Snoop, a holiday-themed Snoop Dogg. Speaking with him completes this part of the quest, allowing you to return to Noir to finish the initial Winterfest 2024 questline.
