Quickest Acquisition: Merchants
The fastest way to obtain Hylea's Talon is by purchasing it from merchants. Lluisa Melcer (Farmer's Market) and Abritt Porrya (Piaza Mez Vidarro) in Emerald Stair each sell up to 5 Talons for 450 coins apiece.
Exploration and Foraging
