SwitchArcade Round-Up: ‘Fragrant Story & Papaya’s Path’, Plus Today’s Other Releases and Sales

Hello fellow gamers, and welcome to the SwitchArcade Round-Up for August 26th, 2024! Today's update is a bit lighter than usual; I'm juggling some other projects, so reviews are on hold for today. However, we'll still cover some noteworthy new releases and the usual sales updates. Let's dive in!

New Game Releases

Fragrant Story and Papaya's Path ($7.99)

Fragrant Story, a late-stage Nintendo 3DS title, initially caused confusion due to its incredibly short initial release. The developer, facing tight deadlines, released an incomplete version. This current version, however, includes all updates, offering a full tactical RPG experience lasting over ten hours. For eight dollars, it's a solid choice for fans of the genre.

Quack Jump ($3.99)

A straightforward platformer with 40 levels and evolving gameplay mechanics. At four dollars, it provides decent entertainment value.

Underground Station ($7.90)

An idle game where you work in a dungeon to pay off debts. While visually unassuming, it offers a welcome change of pace.
