Wuthering Waves Version 2.1, "Waves Sing, and the Cerulean Bird Calls," is on the horizon, bringing a wave of new content! This update introduces two new 5-star Resonators, Phoebe and Brant, each boasting unique combat styles. New weapons are also arriving, including the 5-star Luminous Hymn and Unflickering Valor, alongside the 4-star Ocean’s Gift obtainable through a fishing event on the Riccioli Islands.
Explore two brand-new regions: the Vault Underground, a secure storage facility beneath the Sea of Clouds, and the Riccioli Islands, steeped in the traditions of Rinascita's past. These areas offer fresh challenges and expand the game's lore, complemented by new story content like Brant’s Companion Story and the Silent as a Falling Leaf Exploration Quest. Prepare for encounters with new Echoes, including Rage Against the Statue and Aero Prism.
Version 2.1 also features a variety of limited-time events. "Old Man and the Whale" sends you on a fishing expedition, while "Apex Ragunna" incorporates the Carnevale festival, unlocking new areas in Ragunna City. These events offer ample opportunities to gather resources. For combat enthusiasts, Tactical Simulacra III, Infinite Battle Simulation II, and the permanent high-difficulty Whimpering Wastes zone provide challenging encounters.
