This stunning collaboration between Yamada Heiando and The Pokémon Company brings together traditional Japanese lacquerware craftsmanship and beloved Pokémon characters. Pikachu represents the Rat, Ekans the Snake, and Dragonite the Dragon, each meticulously crafted using time-honored techniques.
These bowls are more than just dinnerware; Yamada Heiando envisions them as "gentle guardians watching over you and your children during mealtimes." Designed with babies and children in mind, the company hopes these bowls will become cherished keepsakes, "a vessel that allows you to watch and rejoice together in your child’s happy daily growth."
Each Pokémon is also associated with a specific aspect of a child's development: Pikachu embodies kindness, Ekans symbolizes growth, and Dragonite represents openness.
Initially released on January 17, 2025, these beautiful bowls sold out incredibly fast. Don't worry if you missed out! A second sales period begins January 31st, but remember, purchases are limited to two items per person.

Pokémon Center's Exclusive Eevee Evolutions Figures
Adding to the Pokémon excitement, The Pokémon Company launched a Pokémon Center exclusive figure set featuring Eevee's evolutions on January 16, 2025. The official online store, Pokémon Center, offers a wide variety of Pokémon merchandise.
The "Evolving Personalities Figure" line debuted with Jolteon, Flareon, and Vaporeon, with the remaining Eeveelutions to be released in groups of three throughout the year. Each Pokémon boasts a unique personality: Jolteon is skillful, Flareon is satisfied, and Vaporeon is playful. Distinct personality traits will also be assigned to the other Eeveelutions.
